Undercooked pizza that wasn't even cut properly. I had to put it in the oven for another 5-10 minutes to fully cook it and then cut it again myself as it hadn't been cut through, just the top layer.

BEWARE!!!!! Toppings stuck to box!!!
I think the pictures say it all, I ordered extra cheese and a stuffed crust, the pizza arrived, and as we opened the box, the entire pizza came with it, until only the base of dough fell into the box, all of the toppings were smashed to the top of the box And held in place by the extra cheese I paid for?!!
Absolutely terrible, the pizza or should I say the naked dough that was left over was freezing cold and I’ve already asked for a refund.
The delivery driver must’ve stuffed his boot so much that my pizza was just squashed, I paid £30 for something I didn’t eat.

Food was undercooked I tried ringing no answer rang the next day but was told I should have carried on ringing at 8pm when I was trying to sort my daughter to bed. The Shift manager was rude, this has 2.9 ratings is someone going to do something about this if my daughter ate that pizza she could have fallen ill.

Iam in no way affiliated with Pizza Hut, I live 10 minutes drive from the Trench shop we have a pizza from here once a month when we get paid . Not sure what all the negative vibes are about this particular take away are but we have consistently had good freshly made hot pizza . The guy who always seems to answer the phone also cooks and takes payment when you get there to collect I believe his name is Tono ? He seems a top bloke as well as all the other staff I have made contact with . Most of the moans seem to be about late and cold deliveries ? Well do what we used to do get in your own car and collect it it’s not rocket science . Don’t think that when you place your order at 7.30 PM on a Saturday night that you are the only person doing so, more than likely the drivers are rushed off there feet . Trouble is a lot of people want to do everything off there phone and not move a muscle, don’t let the negative reviews put you off help the store out by collecting your order plus you will get collection deals so everyone is happy, we are 🍕🍕👅

Called the shop as the delivery service status hadn’t changed on just eat. Spoke to an EXTREMELY RUDE boy called Tod! Apparently Tod is the shift manager… Wow, not very high standards if he is the manager.. I was very polite, asking if the food had been waiting a while as he was blaming the delivery driver, which was fine, and that I could understand not being him to blame, however he wouldn’t let me speak and just spoke at me! Not listening or even wanting to listen! I asked if the food had been sitting long and he basically stated it’s not his problem or the restaurant for that matter. Now correct me if I’m wrong but the business are responsible for serving great service and good cooked warm food? Yes the delivery service let him down but he would not help me and said if you have an issue take it up with just eat. Didn’t try to be nice or even reason with me (the customer). How a business can have someone like ‘Tod’ managing the shop floor and speaking to customers the way he do to me is unbelievable. I Will NOT be using Pizza Hut again, all down to Tod.

Should have gone hungry. What a waste of money that was. The whole thing lacked any flavor, the pizza was greasy and the garlic bread wasn’t very garlicky. Safe to say I won’t be back here.

Ordered online for the first time, we usually do it over the phone. Got the order correct, despite the app messing about a little. Didn't have yo wait long for the order either, when we picked it up, which was a bonus, as they usually say 20mins, but its often a lot longer.

Orderd food at three o clock for five food turns up 50 minutes late after being told a pack of lies over the phone, food turns up cold, when you try to complain the owner of the franchise zoltan trys to fob you off with having to go through customer service, and email back. Blames a staff shortage but happy to take money and orders they can't fullfill total joke of a manager. Avoid at all costs

Decent pizza, at a decent price. Had the cheese stuffed crust but not sure it was cooked enough. Still blocky/thick. Not melty and gooey like it should be. Shame. Not sure customer satisfaction is high on their priority list.
